Our Mission & Objectives
Our mission is to lead in fostering meaningful opportunities and positive experiences for African and African-Caribbean individuals facing mental health challenges, enabling them to fully engage in and contribute to their communities.
Objectives
The New Testament Church of God offers free, culturally sensitive, and confidential services focused on supporting African, African-Caribbean, and other minority communities. Our team provides interventions for a range of mental health needs, from mild to moderate to more severe challenges, empowering individuals to develop tools for self-management and resilience.
Our primary goal is to support mental well-being and aid in the journey of those living in Huddersfield and nearby areas who may be experiencing mental health struggles or emotional distress.
